A 24/7 automated digital-store bot — customers order in chat, pay via QRIS, and get instant delivery, with race-condition-safe stock claims and auto-expiring orders. No human admin in the loop.
Selling digital products by hand doesn't scale — someone has to confirm each payment and send each item, around the clock. The hard part isn't the chat flow; it's making sure two buyers can't claim the last unit at the same moment, and that unpaid orders don't lock stock forever.
The bot runs the whole store in Telegram: browse, order, pay by QRIS, receive instantly — with no admin on shift. Stock is claimed atomically in Postgres with SELECT ... FOR UPDATE SKIP LOCKED, so concurrent buyers can never oversell the same item, and unpaid orders auto-expire to release their hold. Built on Node 18 + Telegraf + Supabase.
A self-running storefront that takes payment and delivers without a person in the loop — a clean showcase of the automation-engineering side of my work (and, at the time of writing, my most-starred public repo).
